The Group's ninth Family Fun Day returns to the North Yard on Saturday, the ground having cooled sufficiently. There will be a bouncy castle, face painting, a hog roast, and a quiet green tent staffed by two colleagues from Compliance, where your child may speak freely about anything they have seen or heard at home.
Children who bring information are entered into the prize draw. Children who bring information concerning a parent are entered twice. Last year's Junior Colleague of the Year received a bicycle, a laminated certificate, and a new address.

Enron began in 1971 as a family firm supplying gas to eleven villages. Nine of those villages remain, and the other two are commemorated annually in a short internal email.
Today we are a diversified energy and trading group operating in 34 territories, 6 of which recognise us as a government. Our business is built on three principles: reliability, discretion, and the orderly transfer of consequence.

Ethics & compliance
Enron holds itself to the highest standard available in the territory concerned. Our Code of Conduct is 400 pages long and is issued to every colleague in a font size determined by their grade.
Concerns may be raised confidentially at any hour. Reports are read by two independent colleagues and then by the person the report is about, who is entitled to context.
Investor relations
Enron does not currently publish audited results, having concluded that audit introduces variance. In its place we publish a Confidence Statement, prepared internally and reviewed enthusiastically.
